Our agency has dealt exclusively with real estate in Pula area and Istria region since 1992, which makes us one of the oldest agencies in Istria. In such a long period of time, the agency has achieved a high ranking in this line of business, not only in Istria region, but also in the whole Republic of Croatia, which resulted with the election of its manager, together with another nineteen representatives, to the Agency Council of the Croatian Chamber of Economy for the whole territory of Croatia. Company headquarters is in the office building ‘’Varteks’’ and Privredna banka – Laguna banka, which is situated in the very centre of the city of Pula and the address is Ciscuttijeva No. 11, 4th floor (the building has an elevator).

The agency has seven employees with high professional education and experience in this kind of work. In fulfilling its function of buying and selling real estate, the agency provides full service of obtaining the necessary documents about property ownership, cadastre certificates, spatial plan certificates, making of sale contracts, registration of ownership in the land registries, filing real estate tax return, and, if necessary, also transfer of the overhead expenses from the seller to the buyer.

In our past long standing work, clients from Croatia, as well as from nearly the whole Europe, especially Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russian Federation, Hungary and Czech Republic have come to know our business efficiency and our professionalism, so that the name ‘’GENTING’’ is already recognizable in this field.
